Word Works is a contracted vendor for early intervention services with the Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB). A purchase order for services is written and later paid for by RCEB. Services are typically provided in the home or at a pre-school or early start development center.

 

All other therapy services and consultations via telehealth and in-person  at a client's home, work, preschool, school, or other professional work site. are to be paid for by individual/family on a private pay weekly basis.

 

Insurance is not being accepted or billed at this time. A superbill can be provided for clients interested in submitting paid invoices to their insurance provider for reimbursement.

Please note that reimbursements are never guaranteed and often must be considered "medically necessary." 

 

Payments for provided services are to be paid through PayPal the week of the session.

A request for payment will be sent with the expectation that payment is made within the week and prior to the next session.
